Hi there,
I have some Hot Boots which come with socks included.
They are very good, but I noticed that the Internetgardener have American Muck Boots for sale.
I tried these boots and found they are made of neoprene and rubber - these were flexible, tight to the calf wirthout being too clingy and are apparently waterproof - told they are used by the American Forces, not sure if that is true or not - the main test in my mind is comfort and they certainly achieve that criteria.
