Hi folks. My Basil is very ill looking.
The seedlings are all drooping over and the leaves are sll sticking together
underwatered? overwatered?

The leaves of basil don't normally stick together, have you checked for insects of the goo producing kind?
If it is in a good drainage situation you cannot really overwater it, basil loves water. If it is drooping a picks up within a couple of hours of watering you are letting it get too dry.
